You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Sale or discounted items
Earrings or personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or downloadable products
Customized or made-to-order items

Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a mistake on our side).
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item and place a new order separately.
If you received the wrong or a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We’ll fix it immediately at no cost to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we’re not responsible for lost returns.
